Sleep, full version

In this longer presentation I address aging changes that contribute to fragmented sleep, give numerous tips on how to improve sleep without having to resort to medications, such as: deep breathing to stimulate the vagus nerve, lowering the night time (body) temperature, foods, etc. And also address sleep apnea and how to manage it beyond CPAP, medications and risks.
